PRIME HOMES was established in 2016 with a new vision for “House Flipping.” Rather than continue producing the same product everyone else was doing, our mission was (and still is) to be BOLD and creative in our approach to design, incorporating elements of the original/existing style, with a modern twist that utilizes exotic colors, patterns, and textures while adhering to popular styles. PRIME HOMES is now a full service operation, offering Consulting Services for anything Home-related: Design, Remodeling, Decorations, and New Construction.

IBuyFUGLYHomes.com was created in 2020 as the acquisition branch of Prime Homes, to acquire properties for remodel/resale. We work directly with Sellers and Agents alike to take on properties that need more love than the current owners have to give. We pay CASH for homes. We close quickly and cover Title and Escrow fees. Patric Carpenter

Mr. Patric Carpenter is the Founder and CEO of Prime Homes LLC and IBuyFuglyHomes.com. Before starting Prime Homes, Mr. Carpenter was an accomplished Real Estate Agent and Project Manager, handling over 200 projects, managing all aspects of the Flipping process from purchase to rehab to resale. He spent 3 years as a licensed Loan Officer, Branch Manager, and Trainer for a national mortgage bank, handling transactions in nearly all 50 states. With over 15 years of experience, there’s not much Mr. Carpenter hasn’t heard of, seen, or handled in the Real Estate and Construction world.

Personally, the Carpenters are new residents of Georgetown, TX, after more than 20 years in Sacramento, CA. They love the town’s vibe, it’s individuality and the close proximity to all that Austin has to offer doesn’t hurt either. They look forward to meeting new folks, stimulating the local economy, and getting involved in the community.
